SECTION 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By requesting an appraisal or using our website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

SECTION 2 – APPRAISAL SERVICES

• All appraisals are performed in compliance with USPAP and Florida regulations.

• Reports are opinions of value as of the effective date and for the intended use only.

• We do not guarantee loan approval or specific values.

SECTION 3 – PAYMENT

Payment is due upon delivery of the appraisal report unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Before inspection: Full refund

• After inspection, before report: 50% refund

• After report delivery: Non-refundable

SECTION 5 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for market fluctuations, lending decisions, or third-party use of the report beyond intended purpose.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.

SECTION 7 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
