Before Inspection: 100% refund

After Inspection, Before Report Delivery: 50% refund

After Report Delivery: Non-refundable (report is complete and delivered)

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If the appraisal contains errors or does not meet USPAP standards:

We will correct it at no charge

If correction is not possible or satisfactory, full refund issued
