REPORT DELIVERY

• Standard Delivery: Completed appraisal reports are delivered via secure email within 24–48 hours of property inspection (most reports delivered same or next day).

• Rush Service: Available upon request — 12–24 hour delivery (additional fee applies).

• Format: PDF with digital signature and encryption for security.

• Multiple Recipients: Reports can be sent to you, your lender, attorney, or any authorized party at no extra charge.

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All reports are transmitted through encrypted channels compliant with USPAP and lender requirements.

REVISIONS & RE-DELIVERY

Minor revisions (typographical, date changes, etc.) are completed and re-delivered within 4 hours at no cost.
